  • Booking an appointment is easy! Simply navigate to our booking page, select your preferred date and time, choose the type of coffee experience you'd like (tasting, consultation, or private event), and provide your contact information. You'll receive a confirmation email with all the details of your appointment.

  • We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay), and bank transfers. Payment is processed securely at the time of booking, and you'll receive an invoice via email. If you have questions about payment options, please contact us directly.

  • Yes, you can reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before your appointment at no additional charge. Simply log into your account, select your booking, and choose a new date and time from available slots. If you need to reschedule within 48 hours, please contact us directly and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your appointment are fully refundable. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged in full. We understand that plans change—if you need to cancel, please do so as soon as possible through your account or by contacting us directly.
