Yes, you can reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before your appointment at no additional charge. Simply log into your account, select your booking, and choose a new date and time from available slots. If you need to reschedule within 48 hours, please contact us directly and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your appointment are fully refundable. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged in full. We understand that plans change—if you need to cancel, please do so as soon as possible through your account or by contacting us directly.
